Growing up in Victoria, I spent weekends wandering old-world neighbourhoods and admiring the craftsmanship of Arts and Crafts, Edwardian, and mid-century homes. That curiosity became expertise when I shifted from investor to full-time licensed realtor, motivated not by hype, but by purpose.
